This Privacy Policy explains how France Elévateur collects and processes your personal information.

France Elévateur processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), and with French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties.

4 – Data recipients

The personal data you provide on the Website are transmitted to the following recipients:

France Elévateur implements technical and organisational measures, such as software and physical safety systems and procedures, as well as precautions to safeguard the security and privacy of your data and in particular to prevent them from being manipulated, damaged or disclosed to non-authorised third parties.

Moreover, France Elévateur has put in place guarantees to ensure that the data transmitted to subcontractors is always protected by suitable technical and organisational meaures. Personal data shall only be processed for the purposes described above, as per consent given by the user, within an information system equipped with state-of-the-art security and privacy systems.

However, the Internet is not an entirely secure environment and the Website cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted or stored on the Internet outside its own information system. In any event, the user should be aware that there are risks involved in sending personal data over electronic communication networks.

7 – Data retention

In accordance with the French Act of 6 January 1978 (loi Informatique et Libertés) and Regulation (CE) n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016, known as the GPDR, your personal data are only retained for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed.

Your personal data are stored either in the databases of France Elévateur or in those of its service providers.

In accordance with the French Act on information technology, data files and civil liberties, known as the loi Informatique et Libertés, and the GDPR, you have the rightto access, delete, rectify, limit, move, copy, transfer, and contest your data.
