Our company is pleased to inform you about the recent installation of a new production line for 12m vans. This work height is mainly intended for the future market of Telecoms. <\/em><\/p>\n\n

France El\u00e9vateur has always sought to be innovative while responding quickly to its customers’ needs. The implementation of this new unit will allow us to be even more competitive to meet the current demand. And also help us to accompany our customers<\/a> in all their projects. <\/p>\n\n

The telecom market in full development<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The population’s need for exchange and communication continues to grow. In response, a national plan for the deployment of optical fiber<\/a> has been put in place by the State. By 2022, the entire French territory should have access to Very High Speed Internet. Indeed, the telecom market is exploding and so is its need for adapted equipment. Therefore, France El\u00e9vateur wishes to accompany the actors of this sector of activity.<\/p>\n\n

In order to maintain the customer relationship that binds us to this market, it was essential to be able to offer fairly short production times. To this end, since May, we have opened a production assembly line specifically dedicated to 12m vans.<\/p>\n\n

This new production line allows us to manufacture 2 aerial work platforms per day, then 3 from October. That’s about 20 additional vehicles per month that will be quickly available for sale. <\/p>\n\n

Star vehicle: the 121 FT!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

To accompany the telecom market, the 121 FT aerial work plaform van from France El\u00e9vateur is the most adapted and efficient. This vehicle is the culmination of the 3.5 tons van concept initiated in 1980. Since then, this model has continued to evolve with the needs of the market. Today, it is undoubtedly the bestseller of the telecom market.Its advantages<\/strong> :– working height and offset performance– use with or without stabilizer– large loading volume and payload– numerous options adapted to each sector of activity– available in an ecological aerial work platform version <\/p>\n\n

An assembly made in France<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Since its creation in 1984, France El\u00e9vateur has made it a point of honor to promote French products at all stages of their production. We remain the only French manufacturer to assemble the arms of our aerial work platforms ourselves. A know-how that we intend to preserve! <\/p>\n\n

100% of our machines are designed, assembled, adjusted and tuned in our French factory in Flavigny-sur-Moselle, by dedicated and specialized teams. Therefore, no subcontractors are involved in the mechanical pre-assembly phase. Thus, we keep full control over this part which constitutes the basis of our know-how and guarantees the quality of our products. And this of course applies to our new production line. In addition, we ensure that all our suppliers are domiciled in the EU. <\/p>\n\n

“We are positioned in a premium market with a strong relationship of trust with our customers.<\/em><\/p>

The market is growing, driven as a whole by telecoms and fiber. So today there is a great deal of pressure on deadlines and unfortunately we are not able to offer short enough deadlines. <\/em><\/p>

To compensate for this, we opened a new assembly line during the containment period, for 12-metre vans intended for telecoms. This new line will increase production capacity by an additional 20 vehicles per month. From the beginning of the school year, the teams will work in 2X8 to shorten the delivery times. This telecom and fiber market allows us to look forward to the coming months with optimism.<\/em><\/p>
